a seamless kitchen design service
This project studied an existing kitchen design-build service and sought to understand how it could be improved through a more tailored approach to customers while integrating immersive technology into the process. We mapped the existing kitchen design process and identified potential customer drop-off points which we addressed in the design of a new customer-centric kitchen design service. The final presentation included an animated video demonstrating how this new process might work. All illustrations by Yvonne Romero.
